(ASHLAND, KENTUCKY) As the 2007 racing season comes to a close, Josh McGuire notched his ninth win of the year on Saturday, November 10 at the Skyline Speedway in Stewart, Ohio! Josh swept the evening's activities, as he set fast time in qualifying, won his heat race, and later dominated the $1,500 to win 'Foothills Fury' main event. The Ashland, Kentucky native reached victory lane after defeating Mike Balzano, Andy Bond, Tracy Fritter, and Audie Swartz in the A-Main. On Sunday, November 11, Josh and the #41 team made a last minute decision to invade the Lake Cumberland Speedway in Burnside, Kentucky. A regular Dirt Late Model weekly show was on tap at Lake Cumberland and a $1,000 top prize was up for grabs. Josh qualified third fastest before running third in the dash, which enabled the driver of the #41 Rayburn machine to start third on the grid. Following the conclusion of the race, Josh was in the fourth position behind winner Larry Gray, Tommy Bailey, and Johnny Wheeler. "We had another pretty good weekend, obviously highlighted by the win at Skyline on Saturday," commented McGuire earlier in the week. "The car was awesome up there and we really had a perfect night. Then at Lake Cumberland, it was a decent run for us to finish fourth. Hopefully, we can put another strong weekend together at Cleveland and Lake Cumberland to end our season on a strong note!"

The Josh McGuire Racing team has a trio of Dirt Late Model events on their weekend schedule to close out their version of the 2007 racing season. Josh will enter a pair of races at the Cleveland Speedway in Cleveland, Tennessee on Friday and Saturday, November 16-17 before wrapping up his '07 campaign at the Lake Cumberland Speedway in Burnside, Kentucky on Sunday, November 18.
