(ASHLAND, KENTUCKY) The Josh McGuire Racing team traveled to the Richmond Raceway in Richmond, Kentucky on Saturday evening, September 15 for a $3,000 to win O'Reilly NARA Battle of the Bluegrass Dirtcar Series event. After qualifying well and winning his heat race, Josh started on the front row for the 40-lap feature event. The Ashland, Kentucky native stayed up front throughout the inaugural 'Fall Championships,' despite a soft tire combination, and wound up fourth in the final rundown behind winner Tyrel Todd, Jason Keltner, and Tim Tungate. Josh and his #41 team will invade the Buckeye State of Ohio this coming weekend for a pair of Mid-Atlantic Championship Series (MACS) shows. On Friday evening, September 21, the Hilltop Speedway in Millersburg, Ohio will play host to a $5,000 to win event. A similar race will then be held on Saturday night, September 22 at the Skyline Speedway in Stewart, Ohio. Josh has been lethal at Skyline over the past couple of years, including a MACS victory earlier this year and a 'Harvest 50' win in 2006.
